How can I schedule an in-house cooking class?
Call 978-745-4055 to discuss your specific requirements. Classes can be developed for between 8 and 20 people, per person cost starts at $55 including handouts, demonstrations and hand-on opportunities, and dinner. Students may bring their own wine, or I can suggest or provide wine pairings for an additional cost.
How far in advance should I schedule a class?
Typically, 4-8 weeks or more in advance.
Are the classes hands-on; or are they demonstration?
I am flexible; whatever the group prefers; typically combinations of both so we can see specific techniques demonstrated and still have some hands-on experience.
How long are the classes?
Typically about 3 hours including set-up, preparation, cooking and dinner.
