Executive Chef Pamela Nalbach has been in the culinary industry for 17 years and currently is the Executive Chef for The Wilds. Prior to joining the staff at The Wilds, Pamela has worked in some of the top fine dining restaurants in the area. These restaurants have won numerous awards such as The DiRoNA Award. Fewer than 800 restaurants in North America have earned the right to call themselves a DiRōNA restaurant. Throughout her career, Pamela has worked alongside exciting and innovative Master Chefs who have won the illustrious Bocuse d' Or Competition. These experiences allow us to provide you with the very best in local healthy food for you or your next event on any budget.
